Descripción

This is a picture book designed to shed light on dyslexia, explained through the feelings of a girl who, no matter how hard she tries, can’t seem to grasp the letters as her classmates do. The story includes audio to assist the child’s reading, and guidance for parents and educators. It is also recommended for speech therapists, psychologists, and teachers.

In the early stages of education, learning disabilities can become distressing and confusing for children who suffer them and for their parents and educators. Through this story, the authors, who are the mother of a dyslexic child and a speech therapist, want to offer their experiences and knowledge to help children with dyslexia and their families.

This is the first publication of Sandia Publishing, a new digital publishing company specializing in learning difficulties. You can find more information at: http://sandiabooks.com
