Another aspect where IE reaches out to women is in the financial aid programs designed specifically to help female candidates manage the financial aspect of investing in top-tier higher education. A number of programs and courses at IE are designed to address issues related to women’s careers, leadership roles, and diversity management, including the MBA electives “Women and Leadership” and “Managing Diversity in the Global Organization”.
