Teacher workload is a real issue in education as teachers feel under pressure to meet the external requirements of the job whilst wanting to provide the best learning experience for the children in their classroom. Teachers need to control the classroom, assess throughout the session, provide ongoing feedback, track progress over time, report to parents/senior leadership/Governors and plan engaging and creative sessions.
